"Garth Marenghi's Darkplace" is due a release. On the 'sculptor of nightmares' official site, there is some information about it (here). But i don't know of a date.

Lazlo Woodbine- 06-18-2005

Ooh, something else i'll have to get. Dagnammit i can't afford all these dvd's!

ConstantlyBored- 06-18-2005

Finally, I was so pissed off channel four didn't show it and put South Park on instead. Twats.

Lazlo Woodbine- 06-18-2005

I like Southpark. I just watch Baseketball again and was in stitches. :) Though granted, unnappreciated British comedy like Garth Marengi's should be given a lot more support.

ConstantlyBored- 06-18-2005

I would never criticise your task in crap comedy (haha) but South Park has been shown 3000 times and why am I having to sit up till 1.30 tonight to watch 15 Streys high? I could be watching poker instead.

drrickdaglessmd- 06-18-2005

15 Storeys High is one of them shows i never got into, and was seriously tempted by the DVD, to give it a go. I did the same with Black Books and it turns out thats very good. Channel 4 never showed repeats of Spaced series 2 either though did they?

ConstantlyBored- 06-18-2005

They indeed didn't show repeats, yet again the twats. You should give it a go, Sean Lock is fantastic, plus he is the only thing that makes 8 out of 10 cats watchable.

Lazlo Woodbine- 06-18-2005

Paramount showed Spaced repeats though so all is not lost.

drrickdaglessmd- 06-18-2005

Yeah, '8 out of 10 Cats' was fairly poor. He was also good when he was on QI, which is kind of what sparked my interest in 15 Storeys. I've got the Spaced DVD now so i'm not so bothered about the repeats. They would be better than Big Brother or some other rubbish though.

I did laugh when Walliams stole Jimmy's silk cushion last week, although I think he could have been more 'gay'.

drrickdaglessmd- 06-18-2005

My comment was based only on last weeks, as i remembered to record it. My busy social calander means i missed the one the other week, hence have no idea what you're talking about. Never mind though.

ConstantlyBored- 06-18-2005

Shit now I don't know which ones I've seen. Anyway hilariously Jimmy Carr just happened to be sat on a silk cushion, on his chair as if it was the most natural thing in the world. The Walliams stole the cushion and made him look all short. I guess you had to be there.

drrickdaglessmd- 06-18-2005

Haha, sounds a right larf. I think there have only been 2 episodes, the one last night had Alan Carr and Lee Mack on among others.

ConstantlyBored- 06-18-2005

3 episodes at least, however I think they all merge very easily into one.

drrickdaglessmd- 06-18-2005

I must have missed at least two then. I think i'll get over it though, as you say, it seems like a very average show.
