What the hell is Catterick?
ConstantlyBored- 06-16-2005
Catterick was originally on BBC 3, but has recently been shown on BBC 2. It stars and was written by Vic and Bob and as I have not been able to watch more than a few episodes (which was quite a while ago) I can't really tell you any more than that.
Personally I couldn't really get into it, but then I think it may have been a lack of patience, a crow probably flew past my window.
The Curious Orange- 06-17-2005
Catterick was a good show, but I never saw it all because it seemed to be on at a different time every week or clashing with something else I wanted to watch. From what I saw it was really good. I may get it (or at least rent it) on DVD though.
Now The Mighty Boosh getting a DVD release... I like the sound of that!
Lazlo Woodbine- 06-17-2005
Oooh yeah, i have to get the Mighty Boosh. I kept on missing it due to crap advertising and scheduling so a dvd will be well worth the money since i haven't seen a lot of them.

I like the quick cash in on the death of Dave Allen. Oh so shrewd.
Anyone heard anything about the second series of the boosh?
Lazlo Woodbine- 06-17-2005
I'm sure once the first series starts selling like proverbial hotcakes they'll release it soon enough.
ConstantlyBored- 06-17-2005
Oi, stop moving my thread. I still think it belongs in News, as it is both new and newsworthy.
Lazlo Woodbine- 06-17-2005
Stop whinging and leave it here. It's the best place for it. :p

Ch. And do I get any thanks for all my hard work? (By hard work I mean trawling the BBC website. Channel four tell me nothing. Grrrrr.
Lazlo Woodbine- 06-17-2005
You expect thanks? Will a hearty slap on the back do instead?
ConstantlyBored- 06-17-2005
No I expect worship........although a hearty slap will have to do.

I heard that the beeb were holding back the DVD release of Boosh series 1 to co-incide with the transmission of Boosh series 2.
I've read all sorts of things about the new series, one of the things being that it might not be set in the zoo anymore. I think that was in a JB interview.

Intriguing and slightly odd. Looking forward to it though.
