Glue from melted horses isn't as good as the glue from boiled horses.
depends what you want it for
If you want it to work well as glue then the stuff from boiled horses is better.
If you want it to fall apart after a short period of time (which is of course highly possible) then melted horses can be good.
melted is better for sniffing than boiled
