Since you didn't get the quote I shall explain its origin, it is from the cena trimalchionis within the work the satyricon by petronius. the character who utters it is a violently drunk freedman who is in the middle of insulting a small boy and then says "he's like a mouse in a pisspot, he doesn't know where to go", apparently pissing on mice in pisspots was a past time of the lower classes of Romans
